- What if I don't know where the blockage is?
- There will usually be signs that help us narrow it down. Our engineers see these types of problems every day and will investigate the drainage system to locate the blockage and identify what's causing it.
- Can you clear the blockage there and then?
- Our engineers come prepared with specialist drainage equipment to tackle a wide range of drainage issues. We'll always aim to resolve the problem during the initial visit where possible. Occasionally, a blockage can uncover the need for follow-on or remedial works. If that's the case, we'll explain what's needed and why, and provide you with a quote for the work. There's no pressure to decide on the spot, and no obligation to have the work carried out by us.
